Appointment with Destiny

Thinking a lot lately about the concept of an appointed time. An appointment with destiny if you will. Habakkuk 2:2-3 from the Message translation states this: "Write this. Write what you see. Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision-message is a witness pointing to what's coming. It aches for the coming—it can hardly wait! And it doesn't lie. If it seems slow in coming, wait. It's on its way. It will come right on time.
The encouragement I draw from this is not found in the word 'wait', but from the idea that a time is appointed-planned. That planned timing is perfect.
As a friend of mine said once, "I love it when a plan comes together."
